1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of BioButt and our website (the “Service”), provided by Bio Wallet Inc. (“we,” “us,” or the “Company”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

• “Service” means our healthy-habit support application and related features.
• “User” means a member who accepts these Terms and uses the Service.
• “Subscription” means the right to use paid features for a set period.

3. Changes to these Terms

These Terms take effect when posted in the Service. We may amend them within the limits of applicable law, and we will announce the effective date and reason in advance. If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the Service and close your account.

4. The Service

We provide information and features that support healthy daily habits. We may improve, change, or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, with prior notice where practicable.

5. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. Except where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

6. Subscriptions and payment

• The Service is free for an initial period (60 days) after sign-up.
• After the free period, continued access requires a paid subscription.
• Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play; billing, renewal, and cancellation follow each store's policies.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled under applicable law and the refund policies of the relevant app store. Given the nature of digital content, refunds for periods already used may be limited.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• impersonate others or submit false information;
• reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or misuse the Service;
• infringe the intellectual-property rights of the Company or third parties; or
• use the Service unlawfully or contrary to public order and morals.

9. Intellectual property

All intellectual-property rights in the Service and its content, software, and design belong to the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit them without our prior written consent.

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or by your own fault. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of information provided through the Service, and you are responsible for decisions you make and their outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited accordingly.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be subject to the competent court determined under applicable Korean civil procedure, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
