No. Your phone is enough. That said, pairing a wearable such as an Apple Watch makes measurements more accurate, and uploading your check-up or medical records lets us look after you in finer detail.
How long does it take each day?
The core is one phrase in the morning, about 30 seconds. That single read looks after your day.
Can I get a medical diagnosis?
